You are hereby summoned to attend the MEETING of INGLEBY BARWICK TOWN COUNCIL to be held on TUESDAY 20th December 2022 commencing at 7.00pm in the FIRST FLOOR HALL, THE RINGS COMMUNITY HUB, THE RINGS, INGLEBY BARWICK.

1. Housekeeping – Announcements to be noted.


2. Notice of Meeting – Public Notice has been given in accordance Schedule 12 of the Local Government Act 1972.


3. Apologies for absence – To receive and accept apologies from those members unable to attend.


4. Declarations of Interest – To receive any declarations of interest.


5. Public Participation Part 1 – The Town Council has allocated a total period of 10 Minutes for Public Participation which will be separated into 5 minutes now and 5 minutes prior to the Exclusion of the Press and Public.


6. Community Safety – to receive update reports from the Enforcement Service and Police (if applicable.

13. Borough Councillors’ Reports - To receive written reports from Borough Councillors.


14. Finance – Monthly reports - to receive and approve the Bank Statements, Bank Reconciliation Statements and the Financial Transactions for the General Account and Hub Account.


15. Budget 2023-24 – to plan for the Budget 2023/24

18. Date of Next Town Council Meeting – The next Town Meeting will be held at 7.00pm on Tuesday 17th January 2023 at the Rings Community Hub. A Special meeting to consider the Budget 2023/24 will be held at 6.00pm on Tuesday 24th January 2023.
